Russia attacks Ukrainian berthing facilities
(MENAFN) Russian forces targeted berthing facilities used for fuel deliveries to Ukrainian troops, along with a drone assembly workshop and temporary deployment points for Ukrainian forces and foreign mercenaries in 148 locations, the Russian Defense Ministry said Wednesday. The ministry also reported capturing two settlements in Donetsk and one in Dnipropetrovsk.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed a Russian raid on a gas distribution station in the Odesa region overnight. Russian drone strikes in the Sumy region injured 14 people, while five apartments in Donetsk were hit, trapping at least three residents with rescue operations ongoing.
Ukraine’s Air Force stated that Russian forces launched 93 combat and decoy drones along with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles overnight Tuesday.
